The Motus workout boosts respiration, mobility, and strength with focused breathwork, mobility drills, and three rounds of functional exercises. Covering seven primal movement patterns weekly, including squatting, lunging, twisting, and more, we tailor each session to your needs. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, our workouts adapt to ensure progress and inclusivity for all (Men’s Women’s and Co-Ed classes available) .
